Every plate in these pages is drawn for this collection. Each one teaches something the text says: the nitrogen cycle, the hardware, the six weeks of a cycle, the four readings, right and wrong planting, six kinds of algae, and the three levels of a tank. None of them is a before-and-after and none is presented as a result.

None of these aquariums was set up using this method, none belongs to a customer, and no photograph here shows a result of anything. No photograph of a fish is offered as evidence that a fish is healthy. The licences cover copyright only.
